Description

TicketKey is a reference field on incidents that provides the values of the external key for the defect/issue from the defect tracker.

Examples

The value for the ticket key depends on the project key from the defect tracker and the issue number within the project.

Find all incidents which have the Ticket Key "TEST-1234" (which is a Jira Issue ID in this example):

TicketKey = TEST-1234
