Viewing Issue Details

Navigate to the Issue

1. Select the Issue Card to view the Details Panel.

In the Jira Cloud Interface

1. Navigate to the issue you wish to view.
2. In the Details Panel, select the Issue Key.
3. Left-Click to open the Jira Cloud Interface in a new window.
4. Right-Click to open via your browser options.

Navigating Around the VisualMap

Direct Manipulation via Scroll-Bars

• Scroll-Bars appear on the edge when issues extend beyond the VisualMap boundaries.
  • Left-click and hold on the Vertical Scroll-bar to navigate vertically.
  • Left-click and hold on the Horizontal Scroll-bar to navigate horizontally.

Via Mouse-Wheel

• Default for Chrome (based on user’s browser settings):
  • Scroll vertically using the default setting.
  • Scroll horizontally using a key-wheel combination.

Using the Arrow Keys

1. Click on empty space in the VisualMap to select it.
2. Use the arrow keys to move vertically and horizontally.

Zooming the VisualMap

Via the Mouse-Wheel

1. Click on empty space in the VisualMap to select it.
2. Hold Ctrl + Mouse-Wheel to zoom in and out.
