You can delete a project link from either the External Systems configuration area in the Admin Section tab or from the Resources Tab tab.
From the Admin Tab
From the Admin Tab tab, expand the Extensions folder and double click to select your external system connection from the grid.
The details of your connection will be displayed. Click on the Links tab to display a list of all of your project links for your connection will be displayed.
Select the link you wish to delete and click on Remove Delete from the toolbar.
You'll then have the option to keep the external system references. These references include the External ID number and the external links field on the requirement on the incidents.
From the Resources Tab
From the Resources Tab tab, expand Project Links and double click on the Project that contains the link you wish to delete. All project links for the project will be displayed.
Click on the link you wish to delete and click on Remove from the toolbar.
You'll then have the option to keep the external system references. These references include the External ID number and the external links field on the requirement on the incidents.
