Viewing Attachments
You can also view and edit the attachments of an incident by opening the incident and selecting the Attachments tab. A list will appear showing the date and time of each attachment to the incident.
Viewing Synchronization History
You can also view the synchronization history of an incident by opening the incident and selecting the Synchronization History tab. A list will appear showing the date and time of each synchronization that has updated the incident details.
