Our Support and Bug Fix policy
Our policies are simple:
- We officially support the latest two versions of Enterprise Tester.
- Support is provided when you have an active subscription.
- Support will help with workarounds and bug reporting.
- Critical bugs will generally be fixed in the next maintenance release.
- Any Security issues will be prioritised over functional issues.
Bug fixes are evaluated on:
- How many of our supported configurations are affected by the problem
- Whether there is an effective workaround or patch
- How difficult the issue is to fix
- Whether many bugs in one area can be fixed at one time
Contact Catch with the following information if you have an query:
- Support Entitlement Number
- Enterprise Tester version number
- External system version number (JIRA for instance)
- Log Files
